We do not have a set deadline, it’s rolling throughout the year. The best way to apply submit an application through our Apply Form so we can see if we would be a good fit together.

o Once we receive the pitch deck, the team will access it
o Then if viable, the startup will be put forward to the investment committee
o If scored high enough, the startup will be given to the Board for approval
o When approved they are part of the Catalyst program and ready to receive support and/or funding

We do not have a set training program, as the startups have very different needs and are at various stages of development so we find mentors for their specific needs

We do not give the funding all at once - we monitor the startups against KPIs and provide the funding in 2-3 tranches

We do a SAFE agreement with convertible note (Simple Agreement for Future Equity)
